That Was Awesome!

If I could plan out my day, this is how it would go. First, I would have breakfast. I would have Dutch babies. My dad makes them really well. Then I would probably go in the pool for about half an hour. After the pool, I would play Blitzball with my brother and some friends. Blitzball is a wiffle ball game. Which is baseball, but a plastic ball. We would all go to Knott’s Berry Farm. We would spend 6 hours there while we have the time of our lives. Then we would come home and go for a shopping spree. Then I would play with my new PS5 and play MLB the Show 22. I would have a sleepover near the pool. That will never happen, but it’s awesome to think that the chances are never zero.

Why Aren’t I Getting Older?

If I could be a permanent age, I would choose 23. I want to be an MLB player when I grow up, and 23 is usually the prime for players. 23 would also be a year after I graduate college. Contracts in the majors are millions, so I would have enough money for food and a house. I could also vote, and I don’t have to live by my parent’s rules anymore. I could add whatever I want inside my house, and no one could judge me for it, because it’s MY house. Parties would be nice too. Outside parties would be good. With apple cider, dancing, and a pool in the backyard, It would be awesome!

Woah, Circus!

The circus is here! There’s a fair, yummy food and best of all, THE CIRCUS! You could find clowns doing aerobic stunts, Gymnasts walking on tightropes, and people getting launched out of cannons. My favorite food is deep fried butter on a stick with some bacon on the side. You might think that I’m crazy, but it tastes really good. The tent where they have the circus looks like a mountain! Yeah, that’s how big it is! And I forgot to mention that there are many rides there also. They make you dizzy, and after eating the butter, my stomach doesn’t feel that well. One time, I threw up on a ride where it spins you around and it feels like you are in zero-gravity. The circus is the highlight of my year, since it only comes for 3 days a year. I come with friends, as they enjoy it also.

Rad Reading- September

For this month’s Rad Reading, I chose Diary of a Wimpy Kid:The Long Haul by Jeff Kinney. It is about the Heffley family. Susan, the mom, Frank, the dad, Rodrick, the oldest brother, Greg, the main (MAIN) character, and Manny, the youngest brother. Susan surprises the family by doing something she found in the magazine she reads, Family Frolic. No one wants to go on the road trip as they like doing their own things. But Susan thinks it would be a good bonding experience for everyone. This book was really funny and it had some twists and adventures. I would say this is a 9.3 out of 10. Pretty good! My favorite character would probably be the youngest, Manny. An annoying 3-year old (saysd Greg). Why is he my favorite? Well, he’s really just there for like comic relief. He speaks perfect Spanish, and he forms a really close relationship with the pig in this story. A character trait for him would be angry (You’ll see what I mean). “If you wake him up in the middle of one of his naps, he’ll go completely ballistic.” -Greg. My favorite quote from the book is “If there’s one thing I’ve learned from my years of being a kid, it’s that you have ZERO control of your own life.” It’s my favorite because it is totally true. Your parents control your life.

Heffley Family

Is this a Dream?

If I were to live in any fantasy world, I would live in MLB the Show 22. MLB the Show is a baseball game where you can create your own player, and make it to the big leagues, or you could play with existing players already in the major leagues. You could play different opponents online. It would be cool to be in a video game, but it being so realistic as the clubhouse and the teammates are here. I would love playing with the Los Angeles Dodgers, with people like Clayton Kershaw, Trea Turner, and Mookie Betts. They could teach me how the MLB works and then I’ll get to go to everywhere in the U.S. I could face people like Jacob DeGrom, Kelley Jansen, and Shohei Ohtani. Although the baseball would be going so fast, it would give me experiences, and I could improve my attributes, which are like stats. It would be tiring, but I love baseball.

The Best Meal of All

What’s a favorite meal? Well, it’s exactly what it sounds like. YOUR favorite meal. It could be anything you want. Dumplings, pork or anything. My favorite meal would have to me carne asada tacos with cheese, lettuce and salsa. The shell would be a normal, fried shell. My grandma makes the best carne asada. You have it on the plate, and there is still the steak juice and it tastes so amazing. Everything else would be part of a taco kit that makes any taco seem delicious. My side dish would be some baked potatoes with bacon. My dad made them one time and the moment it hit my mouth, it was like I was introduced to a new food, even though I’ve had potatoes before. My drink would have to be a Shirley Temple. Anyone who hasn’t tried one, I’m sad for you. It has Sprite or Canada Dry, with grenadine and cherries. It tastes carbonated, but sweet, and the cherries add that extra spice. Then for dessert, I would have a ice cream sundae with a Drumstick on top. I had that this weekend and it tasted AMAZING. This might not be the most healthiest, but baseball works me hard. Like I said, this food could be anything you want, and this is my favorite meal (if I had the chance to, I forgot to mention). This would also fit well with my dream house as a welcoming dinner!

My Dream House

It would be nice to have any house you want. Maybe it might not be real, but people can dream right? First off, I would like to have a big front yard for my two dogs to run around and play. It would have many trees, a little underground spot for me to just lie down if it is too hot. Moving on to the inside, I would like a carpet running through the house (besides the bathroom). I would like a big enough room so that my dogs could sleep, with the most comfortable beds that I could find, and eat with the best rated food on Amazon. Then, as probably everyone who plays video games wants, a gaming room. It would be full of LED lights and would light up the whole room. Then I would have the latest PlayStation console and a few Nintendo Switches all for their separate game (because I would run out of storage). Also, I would have Xbox’s in the room too. I would have a bean bag in the room, a 90 inch flat screen TV for the games to cast on the TV. I would also have a fantastic PC and monitor for me to play on. And a fridge if a get hungry. Then on to the kitchen. It would have a big stove and a pizza maker. I would make the countertops be marble because it looks very nice. The floor would be a polished, marble-ish floor. Again, a fridge would be nice, so I would have a really big fridge to fit all my food. Onto the bedrooms, I would have king sized beds with comfy pillows and mattresses for premium sleep. Each bedroom will get there own bathroom, and I am think around 30 bedrooms for friends and family. Onto the roof, I would have a secret spot just for me to lie down and watch the stars. I would have a cooler, if I get thirsty. To the backyard. Obviously, I like baseball, so it’s only reasonable I have a whole baseball stadium in my backyard. I would invite friends and family, and that is what the bedrooms are for. Also in the backyard, I would have some batting cages. It would have the best bats I could find and a machine with someone feeding the machine. It is a lot to ask for, (and might never happen, due to the cost) but again, people can dream, and that is my dream house.

Traveling Across the U.S.

If I could go anywhere in the world, I would go to Atlanta. Sure, it’s somewhat local as in the United States, but still, it seems like an awesome place to travel to. They have a great baseball team, the Atlanta Braves. They are tied with the New York Mets for 1st place in the National League East as I am writing this. As I said, they are great, but not as great as the Dodgers, who are 1st place in the MLB. But that’s besides the point. They also have a pretty good football team, the Falcons. They make quick work of their opponents. Another reason I would want to visit Atlanta is because of the food. As pretty much everyone knows, Atlanta’s food is peaches. But the barbecue sounds great right now! Beef, with chicken is also one of their foods. Like I said, the Braves are really good, and that’s because they have great player on their team! Ronald Acura Jr., Matt Olson, Ozzie Albies, and so many more! Although I might not be able to go to Atlanta, it’s nice to fantasize about it. Overall, with the sports and food, for me, this a pretty easy choice on where I would like to travel.
